摘要: 股骨干骨折是小儿常见的骨折。骨折的治疗方法包括石膏固定、外固定支架、手术治疗等。不同年龄的儿童骨折治疗方式不同。对于3~5岁儿童股骨干骨折的治疗目前尚无共识,本文就其治疗进展进行综述。
Abstract: Femoral shaft fracture is one of the most common fractures in children. There are many different modes of fixation for femoral shaft fracture, including plaster fixation, external fixation and surgical fixation. Treatment modality differs by age. There is currently no consensus on the treatment of femoral shaft fractures in children aged 3~5 years, and this article reviews the progress of treatment.
