双胎妊娠合并卵巢附壁血栓形成1例并相关文献复习

Ovarian Mural Thrombosis in Twin Pregnancy: A Case Report and Review of Relevant Literature

摘要: 目的：探讨妊娠合并血栓形成的病因及诊治。方法：回顾性分析我院收治双胎妊娠合并卵巢附壁血栓形成患者临床资料并复习文献。结果：患者为26岁育龄期女性，因“停经33周5天，下腹痛6小时”入院，既往因“异位妊娠”行双侧输卵管切除术。入院后完善相关检查及会诊，行下腔静脉滤网植入术 + 剖宫产术，术后随访5月未见复发。结论：妊娠合并血栓形成临床少见，一旦栓子脱落，孕产妇死亡率增高，一旦发现需完善相关检查，综合评估终止妊娠时机。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the etiology, diagnosis and treatment of pregnancy thrombosis. Methods: The clinical data of patients with twin pregnancy complicated with ovarian mural thrombosis in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed and the literature was reviewed. Results: The patient was a 26-year-old female of reproductive age. She was admitted to the hospital due to “33 weeks and 5 days of menopause and 6 hours of lower abdominal pain”, and had previously undergone bilateral salpingectomy due to “ectopic pregnancy”. After admission, relevant examination and consultation were improved, and inferior vena cava filter implantation and cesarean section were performed. No recurrence was found in 5 months of postoperative follow-up. Conclusion: Pregnancy with thrombosis is rare in clinic. Once emboli fall off, the maternal mortality rate increases. Once found, relevant examinations should be improved and the timing of termination of pregnancy should be comprehensively evaluated.
