老年高血压患者健康素养影响因素的研究进展

摘要: 高血压是一种慢性疾病，发病率和并发症均在逐年增高。中国老龄化形势严峻，通过提高老年高血压患者的健康素养水平，来改善其健康结局迫在眉睫。本文阐述了健康素养的概念、内涵，并对老年高血压患者健康素养的影响因素进行分析。提出了老年高血压患者健康素养研究的挑战及对未来健康素养研究的展望，以期提高老年高血压患者的生活质量。
Abstract: Hypertension is a chronic disease with increasing incidence and complications year by year. The aging situation in China is serious, so it is urgent to improve the health outcomes of elderly hypertension patients by improving their health literacy level. This paper expounds the concept and connotation of health literacy, and analyzes the influencing factors of health literacy in elderly patients with hypertension. In order to improve the quality of life of elderly patients with hypertension, the challenges and prospects of health literacy research in the future are put forward.
