一种含重金属废水的处理工艺浅析
Analysis of a Heavy Metal Wastewater Treatment Process
摘要: 简要介绍一种含重金属废水的处理工艺流程和主要运行参数,通过对比分析工艺改进前后的运行数据表明:重金属去除率较工艺改进前明显提高,当出水硬度控制在2.0 mmol/L以内时,通过模拟蒸发器处置废水,蒸发器换热效率增高,蒸发器出水指标稳定,处置产量提高28%。
Abstract:
This paper briefly introduces a treatment process and main operation parameters of wastewater containing heavy metals. By comparing and analyzing the operation data before and after the pro-cess improvement, it shows that the removal rate of heavy metals is significantly higher than that before the process improvement. When the effluent hardness is controlled within 2.0 mmol/L, wastewater treatment by simulated evaporator, the heat exchange efficiency of the evaporator is increased and the effluent index of the evaporator is stable, disposal yield increased by 28%.
