摘要: 特鲁索综合症(Trousseau syndrome)是一种副肿瘤综合征，病因不明，可能与炎症和高凝状态有关，中风和猝死的短期复发率很高，严重影响患者总体生存期和生活质量。本文通过分析一例特鲁索综合症患者的诊治过程及相关文献复习，以期提高临床医生对该病的认识，早期识别，及时诊治，改善预后。
Abstract: Trousseau syndrome is a paraneoplastic syndrome with unknown etiology, which may be related to inflammation and hypercoagulability. The short-term recurrence rate of stroke and sudden death is very high, which seriously affects the overall survival time and quality of life of patients. This paper analyzes the diagnosis and treatment process of a patient with Trousseau syndrome and reviews the relevant literature, in order to improve the clinician’s understanding of the disease to improve early identification, timely diagnosis and treatment and the prognosis.
