摘要: 人口老龄化是全球当前面临的共同挑战,中国已经进入加速老龄化的阶段,伴随着社会的进步,人的预期寿命也会随之延长,女性将会有更长的生命历程是在绝经后度过的,改善绝经女性的生活质量越来越受到社会的关注。绝经激素治疗(menopause hormone therapy, MHT)是使绝经女性更有尊严地活着的核心医疗措施,MHT经历艰难曲折发展至今虽仍有争议,但已逐渐成熟,本文将结合国内外最新的指南和共识以及相关的研究,对MHT进行总结和归纳,以其临床更好规范应用MHT。
Abstract: Population aging is a common challenge facing the world at present. China has entered a stage of accelerated aging. With the progress of society, the life expectancy of people will also be extended, and women will have a longer life course after menopause. Menopausal hormone therapy is the core medical measure to make menopausal women live with more dignity. Although MHT has experienced twists and turns, it is still controversial, but has gradually matured. This paper will summarize and conclude MHT based on the latest guidelines and consensus at home and abroad as well as relevant research, so as to better standardize the clinical application of MHT.
