社会工作介入农村留守儿童教育问题探析——以马鬃苗族乡为例

摘要: 现在农村青壮年外出务工的现象普遍存在,在马鬃苗族乡也不乏这样的现象。他们将年幼的孩子留在家中由父母或其他亲属代为照顾。且在农村教育资源、师资力量、居住情况和基础设施等条件较为缺乏,父母也不在子女身边,这给农村留守儿童在学习、安全、心理方面带来了一些负面影响。这将不利于孩子的成长教育。所以农村留守儿童的教育问题就成为了我们社会工作不得不探讨的一个问题,本文主要以系统理论、增能和优势视角理论为指导。以农村留守儿童的教育问题为切入点,用访谈法、文献法、问卷法等资料收集方式。收集了农村留守儿童在教育、安全、心理方面存在的一些问题。并试图用社会工作的专业方法,从微观、中观、宏观不同层面介入,并希望以此探究出一些效率高、实用性强的方法帮助农村留守儿童教育问题的解决方法,能够帮助他们解决这些困境,并希望这一体能够得到更多的关心与关爱并健康成长。
Abstract: It is common for the Miao nationality to go out to work in rural areas. They leave their young children at home to be taken care of by their parents or other relatives. Moreover, there is a lack of educational resources, teachers, living conditions and infrastructure in rural areas, and parents are not around their children, which has brought some negative effects on the learning, safety and psychology of rural left behind children. This will not be conducive to children’s growth and education. Therefore, the education of rural left behind children has become an issue that we have to explore in social work. This paper is mainly guided by system theory, empowerment and advantage perspective theory taking the education of rural left behind children as the starting point, and collecting data by means of interview, literature, questionnaire and so on. Some problems in education, safety and psychology of rural left behind children were collected. And we try to use the professional method of social work to intervene from the micro, meso and macro levels, and hope to explore some efficient and practical methods to help solve the education problems of rural left behind children, help them solve these difficulties, and hope that this integration can get more care and care and grow healthily.
