医学院校导师制对本科生科研能力培养的实践与思考——以药学专业为例
Exploration and Practice of Tutorial System in Medical Colleges of Undergraduates Research Capacity—Taking Pharmacy as an Example
摘要: 本科生导师制是积极推进高等教育内涵式发展的一项重要举措,对于培养大学生创新精神、提高科研能力和素质具有重要意义。针对药学人才在传统教学模式培养中存在的创新意识和创新能力不足的问题,将本科生导师制引入和实施在我院药学专业人才培养过程中,取得了较好的育人效果。本文从导师制在本科生科研能力培养中的职责、具体实施步骤、实施过程中存在问题以及改进措施等方面进行总结和分析,将有助于实现“创新型”医学人才培养的目标。
Abstract:
Tutorial system is an important measure to actively promote the connotative development of higher education, which is of great significance for cultivating medical colleges of undergraduates’ innovative spirit and improving research capacity and quality. In view of the lack of innovation thinking, consciousness and ability in the cultivation of pharmaceutical talents in the traditional teaching mode, the tutorial system was introduced and implemented in the training process of pharmaceutical talents in our college, and good educational effect was achieved. In this paper, we summarize and analyze the responsibility, the specific implementation steps, the existing problems at the current stage and improvement measures of tutorial system in the cultivation of undergraduate scientific research capacity, which will help to achieve the goal of “innovative” medical talents training.
