Research Progress of Lymph Node Dissection in Early Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer
Abstract: With the continuous development of medical technology, more and more lung cancer patients are diagnosed in the early stage of the disease. However, most of the lung cancer patients are non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). At present, surgical resection of tumor tissue and lymph node dissection have become the main treatment methods for lung cancer. There are still controversies about whether lymph node dissection should be performed for early NSCLC and what kind of lymph node dissection should be adopted. This article reviews the methods and scope of lymph node dissection in early non-small cell lung cancer.
