多元心理干预调节大学生焦虑情绪的个案研究

摘要: 对一位大三女生因失恋而诱发的焦虑情绪进行心理干预,旨在探索基于认知情绪行为三位一体的多元心理干预的有效性。根据求助者焦虑产生的心理及家庭因素,以认知调整为基础、以情绪调节为中心、以行为改变为目标,结合中医情志相胜理论的怒胜思心理疗法,多角度的挖掘求助者焦虑情绪背后的深层心理冲突,使潜意识的冲突意识化,从而缓解焦虑情绪,实现认知和行为的良性改变。
Abstract: This article is an analysis report of anxiety disorder induced by lovelorn in a junior girl, and its purpose is to explore the effectiveness of multiple psychological intervention based on the trinity of cognitive emotion and behavior. According to the psychological and family factors of the client’s anxiety, based on cognitive adjustment, centered on emotional regulation and aiming at behavior change, combined with the anger overcomes anxiety psychotherapy of the theory of emotional harmony in traditional Chinese medicine, excavate the deep psychological conflict behind the client’s anxiety from multiple angles, and make the subconscious conflict conscious, so as to alleviate the anxiety and realize the benign changes of cognition and behavior.
