国外社会工作介入狱中服刑父亲维系亲子关系研究及借鉴意义

The Study on Foreign Social Work Intervention in Prison Fathers to Maintain Parent-Child Relationship and Its Reference

摘要: 本文在梳理国外社会工作介入狱中服刑父亲维系亲子关系研究的基础上，介绍了国外狱中男性服刑人员的基本特点、维系亲子关系的困境、社会工作介入服刑父亲维系亲子关系的理论与现实基础，以及相关尝试。此外，本文探讨了国外监狱社会工作实务经验对中国的借鉴意义，为我国监狱系统在服刑人员亲子关系维系方面提供研究视角和实务参考，推动监狱治理体系和治理能力现代化。

Abstract: Based on the research of foreign social work intervention in prison fathers to maintain parent- child relationship, this paper introduces the basic characteristics of male prisoners in foreign prisons, the dilemma of maintaining parent-child relationship, the theoretical and practical basis for social workers’ intervention in prison fathers to maintain parent-child relationship, and the related attempts. In addition, the paper discusses the significant reference of foreign prison social work practices to China, so as to provide research perspectives and practical references for the maintenance of parent-child relationship of prisoners in China’s prison system, and promote the modernization of prison governance system and governance capacity.
