Hidden “Red Ribbons” in Cities: Analysis of Influencing Factors and Countermeasures of the Social Integration of AIDS Patients

摘要: 目的：在构建社会共同体的背景下，社会边缘人群的社会融入问题受到重视。本文主要讨论艾滋病感染者的社会融入现状、影响因素并提出对策建议，促进该群体社会融入。方法：采用社会融入量表对艾滋病感染者进行评定，结合访谈法综合分析，使结果更具效度。结论：本文将7个自变量划分为三个维度，即社会公众接纳、自我效能感、参与社会实践活动。研究发现，社会公众接纳、自我效能感、参与社会实践活动和艾滋病感染者社会融入得分呈显著的正相关性。具体而言，受到社会公众接纳、自我效能感强、参与社会实践活动频次高的感染者，社会融入越好。

Abstract: Objectives: In the context of building a social community, attention is paid to the social integration of marginalized groups. This paper mainly discusses the status quo and influencing factors of the social integration of AIDS patients and puts forward feasible countermeasures to promote the social integration of this group. Methods: The social integration scale was used to evaluate AIDS patients, and the comprehensive analysis was combined with the interview method to make the results more valid. Conclusions: Seven independent variables were divided into three dimensions, namely, social public acceptance, self-efficacy, and participation in social practice activities. It was found that there was a significant positive correlation between the scores of social acceptance, self-efficacy, participation in social practice and the social integration of AIDS patients. Specifically, the infected people who are accepted by the public, have a strong sense of self-efficacy and participate in social practice activities more frequently have better social integration.
