教师消极情绪调节期望与职业幸福感的关系探讨
Discussion on the Relationship between Teachers’ Negative Emotion Regulation Expectancies and Occupational Well-Being
摘要: 由于教师劳动对象的特殊性以及教师职业本身受到的众多压力,教师情绪问题成为学界关注的热点。大量研究发现教师的消极情绪调节期望与职业倦怠、职业压力有显著关系,职业幸福感与职业倦怠之间也存在相关,因此研究者对教师消极情绪调节期望和职业幸福感的关系进行了探讨,从情绪、幸福感与消极情绪调节期望三者相关性出发,发现消极情绪调节期望与职业幸福感之间确实存在相关性。
Abstract: Due to the particularity of teachers’ subjects of labor and the pressure from this occupation itself, teachers’ emotional issues have attracted more and more attention from the academic circles. A large number of studies have found that teachers’ negative emotion regulation expectancies are significantly related to job burnout and occupational stress. There is also a correlation between occupational well-being and occupational burnout. Therefore, researchers have discussed the relationship between teachers’ negative emotion regulation expectancies and occupational well-being. Starting from the correlation among emotion, well-being and negative emotion regulation expectancies, it is found that there is indeed a correlation between negative emotion regulation expectancies and occupational well-being.
