本文根据国奥城小区地下停车场的尺寸,设计了二层四列立体车库,它是一种升降横移式立体车库,可以实现汽车的升降、横移,使车辆能快速地进入上下结构的车库。首先,确定了车库的整体方案,然后,对横移系统、升降系统进行了设计,对零部件进行了校核,并在SolidWorks上进行了仿真,以确保能够满足使用要求,该立体车库解决了小区停车位紧张、停车不规范等问题,扩充了升降横移式立体车库的种类,为后续生产提供了相关资料。
Abstract:
In this paper, according to the size of the underground parking lot in the city of National Olympic Games, the design of a two-story four-row stereo garage, it is a kind of lifting and moving stereo garage, which can realize the lifting and moving of the car, so that the car can quickly enter the structure of the garage. First, the overall scheme of the garage is determined. Then, the transverse moving system and lifting system are designed, the parts are checked, and the simulation is carried out on SolidWorks to ensure that they can meet the use requirements. The stereo garage solves the problem of tight parking space and non-standard parking in the residential area, expands the types of lifting and moving stereo garage, and provides relevant information for the follow-up production.
