卵巢恶性肿瘤肺转移并塑型性支气管炎1例

Malignant Ovarian Tumor with Pulmonary Metastasis and Plastic Bronchitis: A Case Report

摘要: 塑型性支气管炎(Plastic bronchitis, PB)是临床上一种少见的疾病，又称纤维素性支气管炎、纤维蛋白性支气管炎、管型支气管炎、成型支气管炎。塑型性支气管炎在一般人群中发病率低，主要临床表现为反复咳嗽、咳痰或咯血，可咯出树枝状支气管管型，病理检查证实为纤维素性渗出物。卵巢恶性肿瘤是女性常见恶性肿瘤之一，作为其最常见病理类型的上皮性卵巢癌，其包含的高级别浆液性癌占比超过一半。现报道1例诊断卵巢恶性肿瘤3年余，出现肺转移并发塑型性支气管炎病例，通过阅览相关文献，提高临床医师对该病的认识。

Abstract: Plastic bronchitis (PB) is a rare clinical disease, also known as cellulose bronchitis, fibrin bronchitis, tubular bronchitis and molding bronchitis. The incidence rate of plastic bronchitis is low in general population. The main clinical manifestations are recurrent cough, expectoration or hemoptysis. The dendritic bronchial tubes may be coughed out, and pathological examination confirms fibrillary exudates. Ovarian malignant tumor is one of the common malignant tumors in women. As the most common pathological type of epithelial ovarian cancer, it contains more than half of high-grade serous cancer. This paper reports a case of pulmonary metastasis complicated with plastic bronchitis diagnosed as ovarian malignant tumor for more than 3 years. Through reading relevant literature, clinicians can improve their understanding of the disease.
