“双减”政策在西安市小学的落实现状调查研究
Investigation and Research on the Implementation Status of the “Double Reduction” Policy in Xi’an Primary Schools
摘要: 本文通过对西安市部分小学的调查研究,了解小学对“双减”政策的落实情况,分析了当前西安市小学在双减政策的施行过程中存在的课后服务、作业管理、教师队伍发展不足等一系列问题并提出对应的建议,促进双减政策在西安市小学的高效落实。
Abstract: Through the investigation and research of some primary schools in Xi’an, this paper understands the implementation of the “double reduction” policy in primary schools, and analyzes the current after-school services, homework management, and teacher teams in the implementation of the double reduction policy in Xi’an primary schools. A series of problems such as insufficient development and corresponding suggestions are put forward to promote the efficient implementation of the double reduction policy in primary schools in Xi’an.
