刘企向治学思想与痘科临床经验探析

Analysis of Liu Qixiang’s Academic Thought and Clinical Experience in Acne Department

摘要: 本文总结了清代咸阳地区儒医刘企向的治学思想及其治疗痘疹的临床经验。刘氏晚年著有《痘科一得歌诀》《痘科药性诗余》《痘科一得歌诀药方解》等医书，致力于保赤之业，并主张医书编写的歌诀化。在痘科治疗上，其重视寒热虚实的辨证，注重吸取前人的治痘经验，同时不拘泥于运气学说，用药主张择药无偏，以平为期，以擅长使用保元汤治疗虚证而著称。

Abstract: This paper summarizes the Confucian doctor Liu Qixiang’s academic thought and his clinical experience in the treatment of acne in Xianyang area in Qing Dynasty. In his later years, Liu wrote medical books such as “Formulas for the treatment of acne”, “Poems about the nature of drugs used to treat acne”, “Prescriptions for the treatment of acne” and so on. He devoted himself to curing acne, also advocated the compilation of medical books in the form of rhymes that can sing. In the treatment of acne, it attaches importance to the differentiation of cold and heat, missing and superfluous, pays attention to absorb the experience of predecessors in the treatment of acne, at the same time, does not stick to the theory of luck, advocates unbiased drug selection, to the flat period, to be good at the use of Baoyuan decoction for the treatment of deficiency syndrome.
