开放办学背景下地方高校“三纵三横”虚拟教研室建设路径探索与实践
Exploration and Practice of the Construction Path of “Three Vertical and Three Horizontal” Virtual Teaching and Research Offices in Local Colleges and Universities under the Background of Open Schooling
摘要: 文章介绍了虚拟教研室产生背景及研究现状,探讨了地方院校基层教学组织建设初步实践,以及适应高等教育数字化发展,以虚拟教研室为载体搭建教学联盟,探索地方高校开放办学的“三纵三横”新模式和新途径。横向上从虚拟教研室成为师资队伍建设和教学能力提升的有效载体、为专业共建和联合培养提供重要支撑、为构建课程建设共同体和共建共享资源搭建平台等建设路径展开;纵向发展历程从仅依靠课程建设的虚拟教研开展跨校修读学分工作,发展为多方式虚拟教研推进省内校际合作项目,再拓展到“三省一区”深度合作,提高地方高校人才培养质量,实现高等教育内涵式发展。
Abstract: This paper introduces the background and research status of the virtual teaching and research room, discusses the preliminary practice of the construction of grass-roots teaching organizations in local colleges and universities, and proposes new ways to adapt to the digital development of higher education. We use the virtual teaching and research room as the carrier to build a teaching alliance, and explore the “three vertical and three horizontal” new models and ways of open schooling in local colleges and universities. Horizontally, the virtual teaching and research room has become an effective carrier for teacher team construction and teaching ability improvement, providing important support for professional co-construction and joint training, and constructing a platform for building a curriculum construction community and co-construction and resources sharing. The vertical development process has developed from virtual teaching and research that only relies on curriculum construction to carry out cross-school credit work, to multi-modal virtual teaching and research to promote inter-school cooperation projects within the province, and then expanded to “three provinces and one district” cross-school cooperation to improve the quality of talent training in local colleges and universities, and eventually realize the connotative development of higher education.
