数字化模拟药房实训体系建设初探

摘要: 参照医院药房实训过程和内容，初步建立了以微信公众号为平台的数字化模拟药房体系和教学实训体系。所建立的数字化模拟药房实训体系有望实现医院药房的实景再现，让学生快速掌握医院药房相关知识，达到相应的岗位胜任力和领导力。
Abstract: A digital simulated pharmacy system and teaching training system based on WeChat official ac-count were established with reference to the training process of hospital pharmacy. The system is expected to realize the real scene reproduction of hospital pharmacy, and students will learn the relevant knowledge of hospital pharmacy quickly. They will be able to have required competence and leadership based on the study of the system.
