农村失能老人养老现状及对策研究

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Elderly Care for the Disabled in Rural Areas

摘要: 随着人口老龄化的继续发展以及生态环境的恶化，老年人的数量越来越多，老年人患病的比例也越来越高。但是由于农村地区相应的医疗资源的配置比较差，缺乏专业的医疗和护理人员，因此农村地区的老年人由于患病导致失能的比例比较高。而农村失能老人普遍存在着规模大、经济困难、依赖家庭照料的特点，由于城乡差距的存在，农村地区的年轻劳动力不断外流，农村的失能老人正面临着“老无所养”的养老困境。因此文章的主要研究目的是通过数据分析，了解当前农村地区失能老人所面临的养老困境，并针对农村失能老人的实际情况提出相应的建议，以期满足当前农村失能老人多样化的养老需求，改善和提高农村失能老人的生活质量。

Abstract: With the continued development of population aging and the deterioration of the ecological envi-ronment, the number of elderly people is increasing, and the proportion of sick in the elderly is getting higher and higher. However, due to the difference in the configuration of corresponding medical resources in rural areas, lack of professional medical and nursing staff, so older people in rural areas are relatively high due to the proportion of disability caused by disease. The rural displacement elderly have the characteristics of large, economic difficulties, and relying on their families. Due to the existence of urban and rural gaps, young labors in rural areas continuously flow, the rural displacement elderly are facing “old and no nostalgia” distress. Therefore, the main research objectives of the article are through data analysis to understand the pension dilemma faced by the resilience of aggravation in rural areas, and propose corresponding recommendations for the actual situation of rural displacement elderly, to meet the diversified pension needs of the current rural disabled elderly, improve the quality of life of rural disabled elderly.
