结构二重性理论视角下湖南省大学生返乡创业问题分析与政策建议

Analysis and Policy Suggestions on Returnee Entrepreneurship of College Students in Hunan Province from the Perspective of Structural Duality Theory

摘要: 返乡创业是大学生创业、就业中的一种特殊的社会现象。本文从行动和结构的交织角度出发，通过对来自湖南省6所地方高校的36名湖南不同地区的农村籍大学生进行深度访谈，归纳出影响湖南省农村籍大学生返乡创业的社会经济因素主要：返乡创业人数偏少、缺乏相应创业能力、返乡创业的优惠政策落地困难、创业教育体系针对性不足、农村的创业环境有待加强，进而提出促进湖南省大学生返乡创业发展的政策支持和建议。

Abstract: Returning home to start a business is a special social phenomenon in college students’ entrepreneurship and employment. From the perspective of interweaving action and structure, through in-depth interviews with 36 rural college students from six local colleges and universities in Hunan Province, this paper summarizes the main socio-economic factors affecting rural college students’ return home entrepreneurship in Hunan Province: the number of returned entrepreneurs is too small, lack of corresponding entrepreneurial ability, difficulties in the implementation of preferential policies for returning entrepreneurs, insufficient pertinence of entrepreneurship education system, and the rural entrepreneurship environment needs to be strengthened, so as to put forward policy support and suggestions to promote the development of returned college students’ Entrepreneurship in Hunan Province.
