幼儿教师职业素养对保教质量的影响研究——以曲靖市为例
Research on the Influence of Preschool Teachers’ Professional Quality on the Quality of Childcare—A Case Study of Qujing City
摘要: 为探讨幼儿教师职业素养和保教质量的关系,使用《幼儿教师职业素养问卷》和《幼儿园保教质量评价》量表对曲靖市121名幼儿教师进行调查。结果表明:保教质量在园所所在地、园所类型、教师教龄上的差异显著;幼儿教师职业素养与保教质量相关显著;幼儿教师职业素养正向预测保教质量。结论:幼儿教师职业素养直接影响幼儿园保教质量,高职院校学前教育专业应加强幼儿教师职业素养的培养,从而进一步提升幼儿园保教质量。
Abstract: In order to explore the relationship between preschool teachers’ professional quality and the quality of childcare, 121 preschool teachers in Qujing were investigated by using the questionnaire of preschool teachers’ professional quality and the evaluation of kindergarten care and the quality of childcare. The results show that there are significant differences in the location, type and teaching age of kindergartens; there is a significant correlation between preschool teachers’ professional quality and the quality of childcare; preschool teachers’ professional quality positively predicts the quality of childcare. Conclusion: preschool teachers’ professional quality directly affects the quality of kindergarten childcare. Preschool education major in higher vocational colleges should strengthen the cultivation of preschool teachers’ professional quality, so as to further improve the quality of kindergarten childcare.
