风险视域下基于AHP影响农村老年人社会参与的因素分析及对策

From the Perspective of Risk, Factors Influencing Rural Elderly’s Social Participation Based on AHP Are Analyzed and Countermeasures Are Put Forward

摘要: 随着老年人口规模的扩大，人口老龄化程度日益加深，老年人发挥着越来越重要的角色。在国家倡导老有所为理念的基础上，需逐步推进老年社会参与。农村老年人面临着多种风险的干扰，在此将其分为经济风险、健康风险、以及社会风险。文章在河南安阳农村地区对老年人的访谈以及调查过程中发现其健康风险影响最大，经济风险次之，最后则是社会风险。采用AHP层次分析法进行研究分析，发现年龄、慢性病、养老金、性别和心理状态是主要影响因素指标，其社会偏见、消费意愿、公共危机、公共平台和政策执行为次要因素指标。并在此基础上采取相应的措施和建议，从而为农村老年人社会参与的发展进程做出一定的参考。

Abstract: With the expansion of the size of the elderly population and the increasing aging of the population, the elderly play an increasingly important role. On the basis of the national advocacy of the concept of active aging, social participation of the elderly needs to be gradually promoted. Older people face a variety of risks, which are classified here as economic risks, health risks, and social risks. The article found that health risks are the most influential, economic risks are the second most influential, and social risks are the most influential during interviews and surveys in rural areas of Anyang, Henan Province. Using AHP hierarchical analysis, we found that age, chronic disease, pension, gender and psychological status are the main influencing factors, while social prejudice, consumption intention, public crisis, public platform and policy implementation are the secondary factors. And on the basis of this, corresponding measures and suggestions are taken, so as to make some reference for the development process of social participation of rural elderly.
