摘要: 慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, COPD)、骨质疏松和肌少症均是老年患者的常见病和多发病,关于COPD和骨质疏松与肌少症的相关发病机制目前仍不明确。据以往的相关研究,COPD和骨质疏松较一般患者更易于发生肌少症。对于COPD合并骨质疏松是否会加深这种影响,目前尚无准确定论。本文将对目前国内外现有的成果进行综述,验证是否存在这种相关性,并尽可能的降低它们之间相互的发生率,改善患者预后,提高患者的生活质量。
Abstract: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), osteoporosis and sarcopenia are common and prev-alent diseases in middle-aged and elderly patients. The mechanism of COPD, osteoporosis and sar-copenia is still unclear. According to previous studies, COPD and osteoporosis are more prone to sarcopenia than general patients. Whether COPD combined with osteoporosis will deepen this effect has not been accurately determined. This article will review the existing results at home and abroad, verify whether there is such a correlation, and try to reduce the incidence of mutual be-tween them, improve the prognosis of patients, improve the quality of life of patients.
