绝经后女性泌尿系症状的研究进展
Research Progress of Urinary Symptoms in Postmenopausal Women
摘要: 泌尿系症状是绝大多数女性一生中可能会出现的症状，在绝经后女性中具有发病率高、病情易反复、慢性及逐渐加重的特点，严重影响中老年女性的生活质量。而由于各种因素对该疾病认知不足导致就诊率低，相关群体未得到及时和正确的诊疗。因此，了解绝经后妇女泌尿系症状的患病率、发病机制、治疗及预防的最新进展，有助于采取针对性治疗，并为采取有效的预防措施提供参考。
Abstract: Urinary tract symptoms are those that the majority of women may suffer throughout their lives. And the symptoms, which seriously affect the quality of life of middle-aged and elderly women, are characterized by high incidence, recurrence, chronicity and gradual aggravation in postmenopausal women. Lacking awareness of the disease due to various factors has led to a low consultation rate, and the relevant patients have not been treated timely and correctly. Therefore, understanding the latest advances in the prevalence, pathogenesis, treatment and prevention of urinary tract symp-toms in postmenopausal women can help to adopt targeted treatment and provide references for effective preventive measures.
