杭州医学院大学生口腔智齿情况及认知、态度、行为现状的调查

Investigation on the Status of Oral Wisdom Teeth and Cognition, Attitude and Behavior of College Students in Hangzhou Medical College

摘要: 目的：了解当代大学生口腔智齿的基本情况及对智齿的认知态度和行为情况，以杭州医学院大学生为调查人群，为学校之后开展智齿相关的口腔健康宣教提供支持。方法：以杭州医学院大学生为研究对象，采取自行设计的问卷，于2022年1月采用线上问卷的方法进行调查。结果：共发放450份，收回问卷432份，其中有效问卷423份，有效率97.92%。调查显示杭州医学院大学生对于口腔智齿的认知、态度与行为均处于一般水平。结论：学校需要加强开展关于智齿健康的口腔教育工作，尤其是对于男性大学生、低年级大学生等群体。学校要加强多样化的宣教方式，通过多种线下与线上方式进行宣教。大学生也应提高对口腔智齿问题的重视程度，提高认知水平，在态度和行为上更加积极主动。

Abstract: Objective: To understand the basic situation of contemporary college students’ oral wisdom teeth and their cognitive attitude and behavior toward wisdom teeth, and to provide support for the school to carry out oral health education related to wisdom teeth. Methods: Students of Hangzhou Medical College were selected as the research object. A self-designed questionnaire was adopted and an online questionnaire was used to conduct the survey in January 2022. Results: A total of 450 questionnaires were sent out and 432 questionnaires were collected, of which 423 were valid with an effective rate of 97.92%. The survey shows that the college students’ cognition, attitude and be-havior of oral wisdom teeth are all at the average level. Conclusion: It is necessary to strengthen oral education about wisdom tooth health, especially for male college students and junior college stu-dents. Schools should strengthen the diversity of propaganda and education, through a variety of of-fline and online propaganda. College students should also pay more attention to oral wisdom teeth, improve their cognitive level, and be more proactive in attitude and behavior.
