盾构地下对接洞内解体施工技术在地铁施工中的应用
Application of Shield Docking in Ground and Shield Machine Disintegration Technology in Subway Construction
摘要: 市民健身中心站–观涛站盾构隧道为青岛地铁8号线下穿海域段盾构隧道之一,同时也是我国轨道交通建设首次采用盾构地下对接、洞内解体施工技术,文中论述了盾构对接、解体技术的类型、地下对接、洞内解体施工时存在的施工风险、施工的关键技术环节,提出了盾构解体后现浇与管片衬砌结构及防水后处理措施。
Abstract:
The shield tunnel from the Citizen Fitness Center station to Guantao station is subsea tunnel of Qingdao Metro Line 8. At the same time, it is also the first time that the construction technology of shield docking in ground and shield machine disintegration is adopted in China’s Metro construction. This paper discusses types, construction risks, key technicals of shield docking and disintegration. Post-Pouring strip is arranged between the cast-in-situ and segment lining after shield machine disintegration, and waterproof post-treatment measures are put forward to strengthen waterproof effect.
