历史文化名城中旅游休闲功能规划的研究——以安徽黄山市屯溪老街为例

Research on Tourism and Leisure Function Planning in Famous Historical and Cultural Cities—Taking Tunxi Old Street in Huangshan City, Anhui Province as an Example

摘要: 安徽黄山市不仅是一座新兴的国际优秀旅游城市、首批国家级旅游业改革创新先行区，也是世界自然与文化遗产名城，作为城市的共同载体和场所，休闲旅游在推动城市发展中起到重要功能作用。本文以著名历史街区“屯溪老街”为例，结合黄山市旅游功能突出的特点，梳理老街的变迁历史及功能空间的利用现状并得到其现存问题，从宏观和微观两层面来分析其更新中以突出休闲、旅游功能作为城市更新的重要手段和规划内容，探讨休闲、旅游功能规划在城市更新发展中的重要性，并希望对其他类似城市或城市街区的更新提供借鉴意义。

Abstract: Huangshan City in Anhui Province is not only an emerging international excellent tourism city, one of the first batch of national tourism reform and innovation pilot areas, but also a famous city of world natural and cultural heritage. As a common carrier and place of the city, leisure tourism plays an important role in promoting urban development. Taking the famous historical block “Tunxi Old Street” as an example, combined with the prominent characteristics of tourism function in Huangshan City, this paper combs the change history of the old street and the current situation of the utilization of functional space, and obtains its existing problems, analyzes its renewal from the macro and micro levels, highlights the leisure and tourism functions as an important means and planning content of urban renewal, discusses the importance of leisure and tourism function planning in the development of urban renewal, and hopes to provide reference for the renewal of other similar cities or urban blocks.
