民族地区应用型本科高校新工科人才培养探索——以西昌学院为例

Exploration on Cultivating New Engineering Talents in Application-Oriented Universities in Ethnic Areas—Taking Xichang University as an Example

摘要: 为提高教学和人才培养质量，促进区域经济发展，满足社会服务需求，依据“新工科”建设要求，基于应用型新工科人才培养的现状，结合应用型人才培养的定位和发展目标，文章从人才培养体系、人才培养机制、师资队伍建设、协同办学、组织结构和办学条件等五方面阐述了人才培养过程中遇到的问题，提出了相应的建议与对策，为地方应用型高校新工科人才培养提供参考。

Abstract: In order to improve the quality of teaching and talent training, promote the development of regional economy and society, and meet the needs of social service, according to the requirements of “new engineering” construction, combined with the orientation and development goal of cultivating applied talents, based on the present situation of the cultivation of applied new engineering talents, this paper expounds the problems encountered in the process of personnel training from five aspects, such as the talent training system, talent training mechanism, the construction of teaching staff, school enterprise cooperation, and organizational structure and school conditions. It puts forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures on how to improve the talents cultiva-tion which provides a reference for new local applied universities.
