幼儿园园长培训研究热点与进展趋势探析——基于CiteSpace的可视化分析

Research Hotspots and Development Trend of Kindergarten Principal Training—Visual Analysis Based on CiteSpace

摘要: 幼儿园园长培训是提升园长专业能力的重要途径，助推学前教育高质量发展的基本保障。文章采用文献计量法和可视化分析法，选用CiteSpace分析工具对中国知网数据库中2001~2021年的98篇关于园长培训的文献进行计量可视化分析，结果显示，文献发表数量在时间上可划分为萌芽初始、稳定发展和逐渐兴起三个阶段。早期研究以“园长”“幼儿园”为重点，中后期则以“胜任特征”“农村”“教师培训”“培训模式”为主。研究热点为“培训需求”；研究前沿是“教师培训”和“培训模式”。这些发现能够为今后幼儿园园长的培训工作提供一定的启示。

Abstract: Kindergarten head training is an important way to improve the professional ability of kindergarten head training and promote the quality of preschool education development. This paper adopts bibliometrics and visualization analysis method, selects CiteSpace analysis tool to make metrological visualization analysis on 98 literatures about principal training in the database of China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) from 2001 to 2021. The results show that the number of published literatures can be divided into three stages in terms of time: initial stage, stable development stage and gradual rise stage. The early research focuses on “kindergarten head” and “kindergarten”, while the middle and late research focuses on “competency characteristics”, “countryside”, “teacher training” and “training mode”. The research focus is “training demand”. The research frontier is “teacher training” and “training mode”. These findings can provide some enlightenment for the training of kindergarten principals in the future.
