摘要: 随着非甾体抗炎药(non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, NSAIDs)使用率的不断增加,其胃肠道副反应日益突显,尤以胃肠出血和穿孔为严重。本文主要针对NSAIDs相关胃黏膜损伤的危险因素、发病机制、内镜表现、中西医诊治等方面的研究进展作一综述,以供临床参考。
Abstract: With the increasing use of non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, its gastrointestinal side effects are becoming increasingly prominent, especially gastrointestinal bleeding and perforation. This paper reviews the research progress in the risk factors, pathogenesis, endoscopic manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine of NSAIDs related gastric mucosal injury for clinical reference.
