基于职业技能竞赛的高职教学改革路径探析

摘要: 职业技能竞赛作为新型教学制度改革与创新手法,为高职教育教学和人才培养带来新机遇,对深化高职院校与企业合作、培养学生理论运用实践能力、职业技能具有积极意义。因此,高职院校应以职业技能竞赛为导向,通过重构专业与课程体系、优化教育内容与手段、构建专业化师资队伍、建设校内外实训基地等路径,构建新型教学模式,充分发挥职业技能竞赛的育人优势,推动高职学生职业技能全方位发展。
Abstract: As a new teaching system reform and innovation method, vocational skill competition brings new opportunities for higher vocational education teaching and talent training. It is of positive significance to deepen the cooperation between Higher Vocational Colleges and enterprises and cultivate students’ theoretical application and practical ability and vocational skills. Therefore, higher vocational colleges should take the vocational skill competition as the guidance, build a new teaching mode, give full play to the educational advantages of vocational skill competition, and promote the all-round development of vocational skills of higher vocational students by reconstructing the specialty and curriculum system, optimizing educational contents and means, building a professional teaching team, and building internal and external training bases.
