基于教学学术观的高等体育院校教学团队与教研室建设研究

Research on the Construction of Teaching Team and Staff Room in Higher Physical Education Colleges Based on Teaching Academic View

摘要: 随着我国高等教育进入大众化阶段，高等体育院校教学团队与教研室建设已逐渐成为创新高等体育院校基层教学组织、提高高等体育院校教育教学质量的有效途径。然而在高等体育院校教学团队与教研室建设过程中却存在着种种发展困境，严重制约了高等体育院校教学团队与教研室正向功能的发挥，阻碍了高等体育院校教学、科研以及管理工作的有序开展。基于此，本文阐释了教学学术理论对高等体育院校教学团队与教研室建设的指导意义，并对基于教学学术观的高等体育院校教学团队与教研室建设策略进行了相关探讨，以期对目前高等体育院校教学团队与教研室建设起到一定的参考作用。

Abstract: With the popularization of higher education in China, the construction of teaching team and staff room in higher physical education institutions has gradually become an effective way to innovate the grassroots of teaching organization of higher physical education institutions and improve the quality of education and teaching in higher physical education institutions. However, there are various development difficulties in the construction of teaching team and staff room, which seriously restrict the positive function of teaching team and staff room, and hinder the orderly development of teaching, scientific research and management in higher physical education institutions. Based on this, this paper explains the guiding significance of teaching and academic theory to the construction of teaching team and teaching and staff room in higher physical colleges, also discusses the strategies of building teaching team and staff room construction in higher physical education, in order to play a certain reference role in the construction of teaching team and staff room in physical education colleges and universities.
