浅谈《民法典》对于婚姻关系的法律保护

On the Legal Protection of Marriage Relationship in Civil Code

摘要: 《民法典》作为新中国第一部用法典命名的法律，对我国婚姻家庭关系作了全面的法律规定，是新时期的法律典范。文章通过婚姻登记开始到结束的流程梳理，探讨《民法典》治域下对于婚姻关系的法律保护，及时化解家庭矛盾纠纷，维护社会和平稳定。

Abstract: As the first law named by code in New China, the Civil Code has made comprehensive legal provi-sions on marriage and family relations in China, and is a legal model in the new era. Through the process from the beginning to the end of marriage registration, this paper discusses the legal pro-tection of marriage relationship under the rule of Civil Code, solves family conflicts and disputes in a timely manner, and maintains social peace and stability.
