成都市青年流动人口城市融入影响因素研究

A Study on the Influencing Factors of Urban Integration of Young Floating Population in Chengdu

摘要: 青年流动人口是具有较高人力资本的人力资源，对城市发展进步具有重要影响。研究流动青年的城市融入问题以促进其在城市建设中发挥价值，具有一定现实意义。本文以成都市流动青年为研究对象，通过构建其城市融入指标体系，采用FAHP分析法对指标进行综合评估，以期为促进新时代青年流动人口城市融入的相关政策提供参考价值。

Abstract: Young floating population is a human resource with high human capital, which has an important impact on urban development and progress. It is of certain practical significance to study the urban integration of migrant youth to promote their value in urban construction. This paper takes the floating youth in Chengdu as the research object, constructs its urban integration index system, and uses the FAHP analysis method to comprehensively evaluate the indicators, in order to provide reference value for the relevant policies to promote the urban integration of young floating population in the new era.
