MBTI人格类型量表：在国内外近十年的应用研究

MBTI Personality Type Scale: A Study of Its Application in Recent Ten Years at Home and Abroad

摘要: MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator)人格类型量表信度、效度都很高，是测量人格类型的比较权威工具，它能应用于各个领域去测量人的人格特征。为了给学者们提供关于MBTI人格类型量表在国内外的不同领域的应用参考，我们先介绍MBTI人格类型量表的内涵、意义。其次，去分析2013年至2022年近十年MBTI在科技、教育、管理、其他的领域上的应用，得出以下总结：1) 目前MBTI人格类型量表在早期应用的领域中所研究的内容越来越细致深入。2) MBTI人格类型量表也应用在其他新的内容上，更大程度去解释人的个性与行为的关系。3) MBTI人格类型量表有新的结果分析方式以及可以结合其他人格量表更好地进行职业规划。最后，我们期待MBTI在未来能得到不断的更新发展，能够更好地应用在各行各业，创造出更大的贡献。

Abstract: MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) personality type scale has high reliability and validity, and it is a comparative authoritative tool for measuring personality types. It can be applied in various fields to measure people’s personality characteristics. In order to provide scholars with reference on the application of MBTI personality type scale in different fields at home and abroad, we first introduce the connotation and significance of MBTI personality type scale. Secondly, it analyzes the application of MBTI in the fields of science and technology, education, management and other fields from 2013 to 2022, and draws the following conclusions: 1) At present, the research contents of MBTI personality type scale in the early application fields are more and more detailed and in-depth. 2) MBTI Personality Type Scale is also applied to other new contents to explain the relationship between personality and behavior to a greater extent. 3) MBTI Personality Type Scale has a new way of result analysis and can be combined with other personality scales to make better career planning. Finally, we expect MBTI to be constantly updated and developed in the future, be better applied in all walks of life, and make greater contributions.
