多囊卵巢综合征引起不孕症的发生机理及中西医防治效果的研究进展

摘要: 多囊卵巢综合征是导致育龄期妇女排卵障碍的最常见原因。在当前社会环境下,全球范围内该病的患病率也在逐年增加。西医上多根据病人的临床表现实施对症处理,使病人恢复正常月经周期,提高排卵,缓解多毛和痤疮等表现,但因服药周期较长,长期应用则会引起不良反应。中医上则根据患者的症状进行辨证分型,由内而外调节,从而达到改善整体的效果,对于提高多囊卵巢综合征患者的妊娠率、降低单纯使用西药带来的副作用有较好的效果。通过阅读大量文献,我们将近年来关于中西医治疗PCOS不孕症的研究进展进行以下总结。
Abstract: Polycystic ovarian syndrome is the most common cause of infertility in women of childbearing age. In the current social environment, the number of women suffering from the disease is also increasing worldwide. In Western medicine, symptomatic treatment is mostly carried out according to the clinical manifestations of patients, so that patients can restore normal menstrual cycles, thereby improving ovulation, alleviating symptoms such as hirsutism and acne, but due to the long period of medication, long-term application will cause adverse reactions. In traditional Chinese medicine, according to the patient’s symptoms, it is differentiated and classified, adjusted from the inside out, so as to achieve the overall effect of improving the overall effect, which has a good effect on improving the pregnancy rate of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and reducing the side effects caused by the use of Western drugs alone. By reading a large amount of literature, we will summarize the research progress of recent years on the treatment of PCOS infertility in Traditional Chinese and Western medicine as follows.
