大学生误入传销的预防与解救对策研究

Research on the Prevention and Management Countermeasures of University Students’ Misadventure into Pyramid Schemes

摘要: 大学生作为有一定学识的社会群体，近年来在传销组织中所占比例在逐渐增加。大学生误入传销对自身、对家庭、对社会都有极大的负面影响。研究分析发现，大学生误入传销的原因主要包括大学生对传销了解程度不高、学校管理存在疏漏、政府对于反传销的立法不够完善、传销组织洗脑的深入性等方面。对此，政府、高校、大学生自身应该积极采取相应的预防措施，对于已经误入传销的大学生应分类别、分情况进行积极的解救。

Abstract: As a social group with a certain level of education, the proportion of university students in pyra-mid schemes has been gradually increasing in recent years. Students’ involvement in pyramid schemes has a great negative impact on themselves, their families and society. Research and analysis have revealed that the main reasons for university students’ misadventure into pyramid schemes include their lack of understanding of pyramid schemes, oversight in school management, inadequate government legislation against pyramid schemes, and the depth of brainwashing by pyramid schemes. In this regard, the government, universities and university students themselves should actively take preventive measures, and those who have already fallen into pyramid schemes should be rescued in different categories and situations.
