高等体育院校教学学术的价值意蕴及其制度建构

摘要: 对高等体育院校教学学术价值的反思,既是连接高等体育院校教学学术理论和实践的关键环节,也是深化高等体育院校学术性教学理论和推进高等体育院校教学学术性实践的桥梁。对此,基于高等体育院校教学学术的价值所在,高等体育院校应加快教学学术制度的合法性构建,保持高等体育院校开展教学学术的支持性力量。即建立高等体育院校教学学术的能力发展制度;建立支持教学学术的高等体育院校教学管理制度;培养新型学术生态环境,建立完善的高等体育院校教学评价与奖励制度。
Abstract: The reflection on the academic teaching value of higher physical education is not only the key to linking the academic teaching theory and practice of higher physical education, but also the bridge to deepen the academic teaching theory of higher physical education and promote the academic teaching practice of higher physical education. Therefore, based on the value of academic teaching in higher physical education institutions, higher physical education institutions should speed up the construction of the legitimacy of academic teaching system, and maintain the supporting force of academic teaching in higher physical education institutions. Namely, to establish the teaching and academic ability development system of higher physical education colleges and universities; to establish a teaching management system supporting teaching and learning in physical education colleges and universities; to cultivate a new academic ecological environment and establish a perfect teaching evaluation and reward system in physical education colleges and universities.
