普通高校经管类本科毕业论文全面质量管理——以某财经类普通本科高校为例
Total Quality Management of Undergradu-ate Thesis in Economics and Management of Ordinary Colleges and Universities—Taking a General Undergraduate University in Finance and Economics as an Example

本科毕业论文是实现人才培养目标的重要教学环节,如何提高本科毕业论文质量是摆在普通高校面前的重要课题。以某财经类普通高校为例,依据PDCA戴明循环理论设计调研问卷,其中教师问卷17个题项,学生问卷19个题项。问卷调查结果显示,毕业论文质量存在的主要问题是:教师指导学生的人数不均衡,毕业论文工作启动时间晚,学校对政策性文件的解读不到位,指导教师缺乏担当精神;指导教师与学生的沟通有效性较差,专业人才培养方案需调整优化,毕设系统的使用没有完全得到老师们的认可;毕业论文质量满意度一般,学生论文写作规范性差,专业课程的教学有待改进,学生运用专业知识的能力有待提高;教师指导学生人数有待调整,图书馆的可用资料与资源有待丰富等。因此,全面提高毕业论文质量需要明确计划目标及学校与二级学院的管理职责,修订毕业论文工作管理规定和相关工作流程;按照论文选题、论文撰写、论文指导三个方面开展工作;学校要加强对本科毕业论文各阶段的检查或抽查,二级学院对本科毕业论文质量全面负责;学校定期更新及新增图书馆文献资源,二级学院组织各专业调整专业教学计划,指导教师要加强专业课程改革,学生要对毕业论文写作投入更多的时间和精力等。
Abstract:
Undergraduate graduation thesis is an important teaching link to achieve the goal of talent training, and how to improve the quality of undergraduate graduation thesis is an important topic facing ordinary colleges and universities. Taking a general university of finance and economics as an example, a survey questionnaire was designed according to the PDCA Deming Cycle Theory, including 17 questions for teachers and 19 questions for students. The results of the questionnaire survey show that the main problems in the quality of graduation papers are: the number of teachers guiding students is unbalanced, the graduation thesis work starts late, the school’s interpretation of policy documents is not in place, and the guidance teachers lack the spirit of responsibility; the communication effectiveness between guidance teachers and students is poor, the professional talent training program needs to be adjusted and optimized, and the use of the completion system is not fully recognized by teachers; the quality satisfaction of graduation thesis is general, the standardization of student thesis writing is poor, and the teaching of professional courses needs to be improved. Students’ ability to use professional knowledge needs to be improved; the number of teachers guiding students needs to be adjusted; and the available materials and resources in the library need to be enriched. Therefore, to com-prehensively improve the quality of graduation thesis, it is necessary to clarify the plan objectives and the management responsibilities of schools and colleges, revise the management regulations and related work processes of graduation thesis work; carry out work in accordance with the three aspects of thesis selection, thesis writing, and thesis guidance; the school should strengthen the inspection or spot check of each stage of the undergraduate graduation thesis, and the second-level college should be fully responsible for the quality of the undergraduate graduation thesis; the school regularly updates and adds library literature resources, the college organizes each major to adjust the professional teaching plan, and the guidance teacher should strengthen the reform of the professional curriculum. Students should invest more time and energy in writing their graduation thesis, etc.
