摘要: 腹膜播散性平滑肌瘤病是发生于腹膜的一种较为罕见的良性肿瘤性疾病。本文报道了一例经腹子宫肌瘤切除术后的腹膜播散性平滑肌瘤病患者，并对该病的发病机制、影像学表现及治疗方法进行了复习。目的是为了提高对本病的认识，减少术前误诊率。
Abstract: Leiomyomatosis peritonealis disseminate (LPD) is a relatively rare benign neoplastic disease which occurs in the peritoneum. This paper reports a patient with leiomyomatosis peritonealis dissemi-nate after transabdominal myomectomy, and reviews the nosogenesis, imaging findings and thera-peutic methods of this disease. The objective is to improve the understanding of this disease and reduce the misdiagnosis rate before operation.
