潜阳封髓丹加减治疗化疗相关口腔黏膜炎疗法浅探

Experience of Qianyang Fengsui Pill in the Treatment of Chemotherapy-Induced Oral Mucositis

摘要: 化疗相关口腔黏膜炎是临床上恶性肿瘤患者化疗时常见的不良反应，由于其发病机制复杂，症状极易反复，为其治疗带来困难且对患者的生存质量造成严重影响。从中医角度出发在辩证治疗化疗相关口腔黏膜炎时发扬郑钦安先生的“阴火理论”、“扶阳思想”，结合化疗相关口腔黏膜炎患者多为虚症的体质特点，辩其病机为阳气亏虚、阳不潜阴、阴火上炎，证型为阳虚阴盛，善用潜阳封髓丹加减扶阳抑阴、收敛浮阳、引火归元，疗效显著。列举验案一则以说明。

Abstract: Chemotherapy-induced oral mucositis is a common adverse reaction in patients with malignant tumors during chemotherapy. Due to its complex pathogenesis and recurrent symptoms, it is diffi-cult to treat and has a serious impact on the quality of life of patients. From the perspective of tradi-tional Chinese medicine, we dialectically treat chemotherapy-induced oral mucositis, carry forward Mr. Zheng Qin’an’s theory of “Yin fire theory”, “strengthening Yang thought”, and in combination with the physical characteristics that most patients with chemotherapy-induced oral mucositis are deficiency syndrome, argue its pathogenesis is deficiency of Yang Qi, Yin failing to keep Yang, and inflammation of Yin Fire. The syndrome type is Yang deficiency and excess of Yin. Qianyang Fengsui pill is made good use of strengthening Yang and suppressing Yin, converging floating Yang and ig-niting fire and returning to Yuan. The curative effect is remarkable. One proved case is listed to show the efficacy.
