Abstract: Collagen is the main component of connective tissue, accounting for about 1/3 of the protein content in animals. It has functions of supporting body organs and maintaining body stability, elasticity and strength. As a natural biological resource, collagen is widely used as a medical biological material due to its low immunogenicity, good biocompatibility and biodegradability. Collagen sponge pre-pared from collagen has protective effect on burn wound. This paper reviews the research progress on the effect of collagen sponge on inflammatory factors of burn wound.
