摘要: MTHFR基因多态性是目前临床上比较完整的一类冠心病候选基因。通过对亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶基因多态性的研究,将个体基因多态性与冠状动脉粥样硬化的相关性进行分析,有助于对冠心病患者进行个性化的健康教育。
Abstract: MTHFR gene polymorphism is a relatively complete candidate gene for coronary heart disease. Through the study of methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase gene polymorphism, the correlation between individual gene polymorphism and coronary atherosclerosis is analyzed, which is helpful to carry out personalized health education for patients with coronary heart disease.
