Abstract: Urinary calculi is one of the common diseases of urinary system. Intestinal microbiome may play an important role in the pathogenesis and prevention of kidney stone. The study suggests that the in-testinal flora of patients with calcium oxalate stones has its unique distribution. Oxalobacteria for-mate, Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus, Escherichia coli and Providence reesei are closely related to the composition of urinary calculi. This paper reviews the related studies on the effect of intestinal flora on the composition of urinary calculi.
