呼出气一氧化氮与肺功能联合检测在呼吸系统疾病中的应用
Application of Exhaled Nitric Oxide Combined with Pulmonary Function in Patients with Respiratory Diseases
摘要: 在临床上,呼出气一氧化氮检测及肺功能检查均是呼吸系统疾病中常用的检测方式。肺功能检查是呼吸系统诊断评价体系的重要组成部分,更是某些疾病诊断的金标准。呼出气一氧化氮检测作为一种简单、无创、便捷的医学检测方法,在区别气道炎症类型及评估气道炎症水平中价值显著。呼出气一氧化氮不仅无创便捷易行,而且结果客观易懂,临床价值显著。本文就呼出气一氧化氮与肺功能联合检测在呼吸系统疾病中的应用作一综述。
Abstract: In clinic, exhaled nitric oxide test and pulmonary function test are commonly used in the detection of respiratory diseases. Pulmonary function examination is not only an important part of respirato-ry system diagnosis and evaluation system, but also the gold standard for some diseases diagnosis. As a simple, non-invasive and convenient medical detection method, exhaled nitric oxide is of great value in differentiating the types of airway inflammation and evaluating the level of airway inflam-mation. Exhaled nitric oxide is noninvasive, convenient and easy to operate, and its results are also objective and easy to understand, with significant clinical value. This article reviews the application of exhaled nitric oxide combined with lung function in respiratory diseases.
