溃疡性结肠炎及其与巨细胞病毒的相关性

摘要: 近年来,溃疡性结肠炎的发病率呈上升态势。在本病的治疗中,应用激素或免疫抑制剂是不可避免的,疾病后续所带来的感染主要是由巨细胞病毒引起的。随着对疾病的逐渐了解,有必要尽快对其开始治疗干预,以避免疾病恶化或发展为难治性溃疡。本文综述了两者之间的相关性,并阐述了本病的治疗和预后。
Abstract: In recent years, the incidence of ulcerative colitis has increased. The use of hormones or immuno-suppressants is unavoidable in the treatment of this disease, and the subsequent infection of the disease is mainly caused by cytomegalovirus. With the gradual understanding of the disease, it is necessary to start therapeutic interventions on it as soon as possible to avoid worsening of the dis-ease or the development of refractory ulcers. This article reviews the correlation between the two and describes the treatment and prognosis of the disease.
