席汉综合征合并垂体危象1例误诊分析并文献复习

Sheehan Syndrome with Pituitary Crisis: A Case of Misdiagnosis and Literature Review

摘要: 席汉综合征(Sheehan syndrome, SS)是罕见的内分泌疾病，不少患者因并发垂体危象而诊断。本文报道一例误诊为脓毒症休克的席汉综合征合并垂体危象患者的临床资料，并结合文献复习，通过分析误诊的原因，探讨席汉综合征的临床表现、诊断、疾病特点、治疗以及经验教训。以期在临床上面对有产后大出血史的病人时，都应警惕和预防席汉综合征的发生，从而减少误诊误治及降低病死率。

Abstract: Sheehan syndrome is a rare endocrine disease. Patients are often diagnosed due to pituitary crisis. The case of Sheehan syndrome with pituitary crisis misdiagnosed as septic shock was reported. By analyzing the reasons of misdiagnosis and reviewing the associated literature, the clinical manifes-tations, diagnosis, characteristics, treatment and clinical experience of Sheehan syndrome were discussed. In order to reduce misdiagnosis and mistreatment, it was suggested that the occurrence of Sheehan syndrome should be prevented when the patient had a history of postpartum hemor-rhage.
