摘要: 针对信息系统人才培养无法满足新技术和新产业对人才能力素质需求的问题,在体系工程的理论指导下,提出了一套基于工程化建模的科研成果向教学转化规范化方法,并针对科研成果转化到教学的长期性和持续性,建立相关制度机制。通过实践表明,该方法能够高效、合理的转化科研成果,提高教学效果。该成果具有可复制和推广性。
Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the information system talent training cannot meet the needs of new technologies and new industries for talent ability and quality, under the theoretical guidance of systems engineering, a set of standardized methods for the transformation of scientific research results based on engineering modeling into teaching is proposed, and a set of standardized me-thods for the transformation of scientific research results based on engineering modeling is pro-posed. We transform into the long-term and sustainable teaching, and establish relevant institutional mechanisms. Practice shows that this method can efficiently and reasonably transform scientific research results and improve teaching effect. This achievement is reproducible and generalizable.
