摘要: 包茂高速公路改扩建工程由于受特殊的地形地貌、水文地质等条件制约，存在一定的建设难点。在进行改扩建工程前，应充分考虑不同路段的环境特点，制定因地制宜的措施和建设方案。
Abstract: The expressway reconstruction and expansion project has certain construction difficulties due to the constraints of terrain, geomorphology, hydrogeology and other conditions in different sections. Before carrying out the reconstruction and expansion project, the environmental characteristics of different road sections should be fully considered, and measures and construction plans according to local conditions should be formulated.
